Mission Statement

 

 “For almost 30 years, The London Cantorial Singers has been entertaining audiences throughout the UK and abroad with its distinctive repertoire of traditional and contemporary Jewish music. The Choir performs in a number of settings including concerts, religious services and life cycle events and regularly participates in civic and community Holocaust memorial educational events, workplace diversity events and interfaith activities, with the aim of educating and improving public interest in and knowledge of the art of Jewish Cantorial music.

The Choir endeavours to raise funds to promote the above aims and for charitable causes within the community.

The Choir is a registered Small Charity for tax purposes in line with Paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 Finance Act 2010.
